Refund Policy

This page explains how to request a refund for "Photo Editor Pro" (the "Apps") provided by CloudEx Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have any question about a refund or a cancellation, please contact us directly using the address below — you do not need to go through anyone else first.

Contact us for refunds

Email:

We respond to support enquiries within 3 business days, and within 24 hours for issues identified as urgent.

Our approach to refunds

This app is digital content that you can start using immediately after download. Because of that, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind requests (you changed your mind after purchase, bought it by mistake, no longer need it, and the like). Refunds are likewise unavailable where the app works as specified but its scope differs from what you expected.

That said, if the app does not work correctly from the time of purchase, we will issue a refund provided you contact us within 8 days of the original purchase.

Purchases made through Google Play (Android)

  1. Within 48 hours of purchase you can use Google's own refund request (Google Play app → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and order history → the order → Report a problem). Requests made in that window are handled entirely by Google.
  2. For purchases past the 48-hour window that fall under “Our approach to refunds” above, please email us at the address above within 8 days of the original purchase. Including your device name, Android version, and the symptoms you are seeing helps us check faster.
  3. Please send your message from the Gmail address linked to the Google account you used to make the purchase. That address alone lets us locate your order — you do not need to find or send an order number.
  4. Once we confirm that your request is eligible, we will process the refund on our side. Depending on your payment method it may take several business days to appear on your statement. Google will also send you a separate confirmation email.

If the address you write from is not the one used for the purchase, please reply with the email address of the Google account used to make the purchase. Without it we cannot identify your purchase and cannot proceed.

Purchases made through the App Store (iOS)

Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple. Developers have no ability to issue them — we have no access to that process. Please request a refund from Apple directly:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
  2. Choose "Billing & Subscriptions", then "Request a refund".

This is not us passing you along — it is genuinely the only route that exists for an App Store purchase. If Apple declines your request, please write to us and tell us, and we will see what we can do from our side.

Subscriptions

The Apps are a one-time purchase on both Android and iOS. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing further will be billed to you.

Which purchases this covers

This policy covers purchases of the Apps made through Google Play or the App Store. Purchases made through any other channel are not covered.

If you have previously received a refund for this app, any subsequent repurchase is not eligible for a refund.
